The machined Nitinol parts can be made from your supplied wire, or we can supply high quality Nitinol wire that conforms to all medical products regulations.
Our production floor is filled with high precision CNC Swiss Machines operated by trained specialists to produce the highest quality, micro-machined parts for medical applications. In-house, value-added processes include laser etching and cleaning processes.
Our development process is ready to produce prototypes or first articles for your approval. Our production equipment is identical to the equipment used for development, this allows for an easy transfer from prototype or first article to full-line production.
