Finishing and most deburring is of vital importance to many of our parts. Without knowledgeable and discriminating handling of critical components, previously well machined parts become worthless. Isimac utilizes many forms of deburring to correctly and economically finish your parts.
Customers’ parts are required to be burr free under specified magnification. Meticulous deburring is accomplished by skilled craftsmen utilizing our many microscopes. Numerous parts are given a final look before packaging to eliminate minor cosmetic flaws.
All parts are cleaned with a robotic crest ultrasonic cleaning system. This programmable system allows parts to be cleaned consistently. All parts are predetermined for the best cleaning cycles and are documented in the work order. Because of the frequency the ultrasonic cleaning was requested and it’s thoroughness, we chose to clean all our parts using this highly effective method. Prior to shipping the orders are packed in egg-crated containers which helps prevent damage to parts while being shipped to the customer.
