Our Organization is distinctly structured and includes the companies General Manager, Office Manager, Operation Manager, QA Manager, Project Development Engineer, Sales Engineer, Trained Machine Operators and Inside Customer Support Staff, all of whom have machine shop experience. We also have an efficient and professional office staff to serve your needs.
Our goal at Isimac is continual improvement and education to better serve our customers. To help foster that goal, Isimac provides "Basic Dimensional Measurement Series" training program. A similar series covering Statistical Process Control has been implemented to train all personnel.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and reward for working together seamlessly. If any mistakes are made on our part we willingly admit our mistakes to the customer and do whatever it takes to correct the situation, even if we have to expend extra materials or resources to do so.
